Shipping policy

Orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and available shipping method. Delivery time begins after the order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier.

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order ships. Carrier delays are outside our control and may affect the estimated delivery date.

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.

Temporary closures or processing delays will be posted in the announcement bar on our website.
