Do you take custom orders?

At this time, our books are closed for custom orders. We reopen periodically throughout the year. Follow us on social media for announcements on when custom work becomes available again.

Where can I find your products in person?

We vend regularly at local markets throughout Nassau County, including Wildlight Marketplace and Fernandina Beach Arts Market, and special seasonal events like Dickens on Centre. Our monthly schedule is updated on our website and social media pages.

Do you sell online?

An online shop is currently in development. Until then, the best way to shop with us is to visit us at an upcoming market or reach out through our social media pages to check current inventory. If you see something posted that catches your attention, send us a message and we’ll quote you are price. We do ship in the US.

What types of leather do you use?

We use high-quality full-grain leathers, including Wickett & Craig English Bridle, Badalassi Pueblo, Herman Oak veg-tan, and American alligator for select pieces. Every product is crafted by hand with attention to detail and durability.

Do you make belts in custom sizes?

Yes, all of our leather belts are sized specifically for you. Because they are handmade, sizing is precise, and the belts are built to last. (Please note: belt orders may not be available when custom books are closed.)

How should I care for my leather goods?

Keep your leather item dry, out of direct sunlight, and periodically condition it with a leather balm or conditioner. Avoid chemicals, extreme heat, and prolonged moisture to ensure long-term durability.

Do you offer repairs?

We offer repairs on Bearded Art & Leather products whenever possible. If your item needs attention, contact us and we’ll be happy to take a look.

How long does it take to make a product?

Production times vary depending on the item and our current workload. Everything is handcrafted, so quality always comes first. When custom orders are open, we provide an estimated completion date before payment.

What payment methods do you accept at markets?

We accept cash, card, and digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) at all market locations.

Can I request a specific item to be held for pickup at a market?

Sometimes! If we have the item in stock, we can usually hold it until the start of the event. Send us a message to check availability.
